The RDG Dahlquist Art Studio performs all aspects of work from planning and design through fabrication. We have the manufacturing capability to seamlessly integrate the artistic interpretation of each project into custom-made objects for its architecture or landscape.
Consultation
The starting point for any art in architecture solution is to clearly understand the purpose behind a project. That process is a combination of research, documentation, creativity, and collaborative decision making.
Collaboration
Concepts and ideas take shape through collaboration with other artists and designers as we create art in architecture solutions. Working with other artists and craftspeople expands our options to fabricate work in other materials, such as glass and metal, using a variety of techniques. We create dynamic three-dimensional forms in a "hands-on" studio/workshop approach.
Education
The Art Studio also serves as a facility for classes, lectures, retreats, and hands-on workshops for students, teachers, architects, design professionals, and the community.
